protect your peace #008

It’s important to recognize that not everyone understands the depth of your experiences or the authenticity behind their supportive actions. Sometimes, people offer help just to say they did, without truly engaging in meaningful ways.
Many people are aware of how their actions affect you, yet they may harbor resentment because you’ve taken the steps to work through your challenges. Remember, no one truly knows what you have faced unless you choose to share it. If you’ve been distant this year, it’s perfectly okay to prioritize your well-being and take the time you need to heal.
God often reveals truths not through overt behaviors, but by guiding us to see them ourselves. It’s up to us to decide whether to address those truths or let them linger. I’ve chosen to confront my own issues because holding on to them serves no purpose when I know my heart is pure and capable of attracting everything I desire.
Remember that it’s okay to set boundaries and protect your peace. Your experiences are valid, and your path toward healing is uniquely yours. When you’re ready to share your story, do so on your own terms. Keep focusing on your growth, and trust that you are worthy of everything your heart longs for. Embrace authenticity, both in yourself and in the connections you choose to nurture.
